Capturing Milestones: Leah’s Journey to Sucsess.
Heritage Ranch College Graduation Portraits: Celebrating milestones is always a special occasion, but even more so when it’s a beloved family member. My sister’s graduation from Red Deer Polytechnic was no exception. As a proud member of the Class of 2024 , she not only graduated with honors. But Leah also juggled the challanges of rasing three kids single handedly while chasing her dream of becoming a legal assistent. Her talent in this field is undeniable, making this achivement all the more remarkable. And landing her, her dream job!
After the ceremony, we stepped outside and where greeted by great gusts of wind. The worst wind we had experienced this summer by far. Initially I felt very concerned about the weather, but thankfully the trees at Heritage Ranch offered us perfect shelter for this celebratory session. With her kids, boyfriend, my mom and Leah’s best friend by her side. We set off to explore the beautiful trails!
Although she was initially hesitant about taking photos with her graduation cap – worrying about her hair and looking silly- I knew she’d cherish those moments later. And after some persuasion, her boyfriend dashed back to the car to fetch the cap. Ultmately, those photos tunred out stunningly and quickly became some of her favorites.
This experience serves as a reminder that wearing your cap and gown for photos is not just a formality; it symbolizes your hard work and your achievement. If your ever in doubt about donning them, remember that these items are a key part of your graduation memories – don’t miss out on capturing that proud moment!
As we strolled through the trails, we reminisced about her acomplishments and the long hard journey that led her there. It was a day filled with joy, pride, and laughter. Celebrating not just her graduation but also the incredible person she has become, the person I always knew she was.
